Service Delivery Method

All services offered by Infosec Networks are digitally delivered unless explicitly stated otherwise. Physical delivery is not applicable for most IT, cybersecurity, consulting, or digital services.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard digital services are typically initiated within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or enterprise services (such as VAPT, consulting, development, or integrations) begin as per the mutually agreed project schedule.

  • Any delays caused by incomplete information, lack of access, or third-party dependencies will be communicated promptly.

Mode of Delivery

Services may be delivered through one or more of the following:

  • Email communication

  • Secure file transfer

  • Remote access tools

  • Online meetings or collaboration platforms

  • Client dashboards or portals (if applicable)

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, customers must:

  • Provide accurate contact details

  • Share required access credentials and technical information

  • Respond promptly to queries or approval requests

Delays resulting from customer non-cooperation are not the responsibility of Infosec Networks.

Service Completion Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The agreed service scope is fulfilled, and

  • Confirmation is provided via email or documented communication

Force Majeure

Infosec Networks shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or governmental actions.
