• Network design and implementation

• Cloud integration and support

• Web development and hosting

• IT staffing and training services

(Collectively “Services”).

3. Order and Acceptance

3.1 Order Submission: You place an order online via the website or by written contact.
3.2 Acceptance: Orders are accepted when we confirm by email or start providing the Services.
3.3 Incomplete Orders: If your order is incomplete or requires more information, we may delay execution.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service prices are as listed on the website and subject to change.
4.2 All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Payment must be made in full in advance via the approved payment methods.
4.4 Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Delivery of Services

5.1 We will deliver the Services in a commercially reasonable timeframe.
5.2 Delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not considered breaches.

6. Customer Obligations

6.1 You must provide accurate information during order placement.
6.2 You must cooperate in providing access and credentials needed for service delivery.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Some services (e.g., custom consulting engagements) may be non-refundable once started.
7.2 Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase (for standard services) unless otherwise specified.
7.3 Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, content, tools, and materials delivered remain the Company’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infosec Networks from any claims, damages, or third-party liabilities arising from your use of services contrary to these terms.

11. Confidentiality

Both the Company and the customer agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed in connection with the services.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (e.g., Kerala/India or a mutually agreed jurisdiction).

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on the website.
